February 28 hitchhiking still popular in FranceOn the ferry I had spoken to a truck driver he said that in France hitchhiking is still popular so i tried, I wrote a little sign saying south, and stood by the road.. waiting
So many trucks just drove by, then one stopped he was going to Marseille, so i got on the truck and a looong drive later I arrived in Marseille, knackered i found a small B&B, funnily enough run by an English couple.
They were sweet so i booked it for the next two nights so glad to be away.

February 25 Went SailingI got bored in Milton Keynes, roundabout after roundabout depressing, very depressing H7 V5 Made me scream I needed to get out. Took the ferry from Dover to France, not a nice trip but at least it was away and I started my journey. Mum and dad wont find out that I'm abroad as I got one of those travel sims so when they call me they wont hear a different dial tone. And i can live in France for less than my rented flat in London cost. Best of all I can call back to the UK from France for only 25p/minute and it's free to recieve calls in France. But it got to keep moving only just arrived in calais and am at a small cyber cafe, all my freidn i miss you but had enough im going roaming france now. Stay close. Jules |
